Please note that younger children often “do better” in the morning when they are less tired and that we only schedule longer, more complicated procedures, on weekday mornings.
We will make every effort to be on time and ask that you please extend the same courtesy to us. If you are running late please give us a call so that we can check if we can still accommodate you. As you know, sometimes situations will arise when a child may require an extra amount of time or emergency care. At those times your patience is greatly appreciated. Please know that if your child ever needs extra treatment time or emergency care we will adjust to his or her needs. Should it be necessary for you to miss an appointment, kindly notify our office as soon as possible (preferably at least 24 hours in advance) so the time can be made available for another child in need of care. It is customary to bill for appointments that are broken without notification.
As a courtesy to you, we will try to confirm appointments one-two days in advance. However, if you do not receive a telephone call before your child’s appointment, please do not feel that it has been canceled. We, for some reason, we're just not able to reach you, but we expect to see you at your scheduled time.
